Special Ed Classroom

Choice boards can be used in any classroom as well as in a virtual setting. You can even find fun ways for your students to mark which boxes they’ve completed. Online they can scribble, circle, mark an ‘x’ over the box using drawing tools. In person if students aren’t able to draw a check mark, they can use a dabber or even bingo markers to cover which boxes they’ve completed.

There are many ways to incorporate choice boards into any classroom, with any student population, and across multiple settings. They can even be sent home for parental use. Students can work on certain skills/activities with parents (i.e. clean your room, put laundry away, read for 20 minutes, etc.).
